Personalized training packages are available for individuals wanting to follow a training regimen by Tina Gordon, but are located outside the San Antonio area. While many people start to feel great and see results within the first month, it takes approximately 12-16 weeks of hard work in the gym and dedication to a diet to build a better physique safely and effectively. All online training plans require a 3-month minimum commitment and are personalized for the client. Each individual is guaranteed a highly-customized training program- absolutely no cookie cutter or "copy-and-paste" plans here.
Rate: $300 1st month, $200 every month thereafter
